What bothered the patient:
The patient was troubled by increasing excess skin and a feeling of heaviness on the upper eyelids. For a long time she had not consciously noticed the change — the condition had simply become “normal” for her.
Operation performed:
Upper eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty) with a lateral (temporal) brow lift.
