What bothered the patient:
The patient was troubled by age-related changes to the eyelid region. After losing weight, the hooded eyelids became more pronounced and bothered her increasingly. Changes were noticeable on the lower lids too: in the mornings the tear trough was deeper and the upper lids looked swollen.
Operation performed:
Upper eyelid lift, scar-free correction of the under-eye bags through the conjunctiva (transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, at the patient's request without skin tightening) and autologous fat grafting.
