What bothered the patient:
The patient was troubled by increasing excess skin on both upper eyelids. In the evening and when tired, the appearance became noticeably more pronounced.
Operation performed:
Upper eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty) with an internal brow fixation (brow pexy).
